AIMWorks is your local Chicago technology expert with traditional “old school” customer service—we believe in phone calls vs. emails, onsite visits vs. remote sessions (although remotes do get the job done on many occasions), and selling equipment our customers need vs. what we want to sell them.
AIMWorks was founded in 1990 at the beginning of the explosion that was to become the internet.
The Infrastructure division began by wiring workstations and networks for both emerging and established companies. The Development group began by writing some of the original software for the earliest online applications.
AIMWorks’ experience pays off for its clients in two primary ways. We have a great deal of collective knowledge to draw upon to select the right solution for you, as well as the ability to implement quickly and efficiently.
AIMWorks is hands-on, whether it’s networking a client’s new office or tearing into a complicated troubleshooting issue. While larger service providers developed buzz words and charged outrageous fees for “strategy” (and little implementation), AIMWorks quietly built its business from the ground up. How? By providing smart technology solutions for clients at reasonable prices delivered as fast as possible. And as a result, we are still around and growing.
